Better Late Than Never…?

Yeah, it’s been a little while since Halloween, lol. But I am just getting around to posting some of the (many) decorations I made for our party. The “haunted house” pictured above was cut entirely from paper on my Silhouette Cameo.
The vinyl cameo picture on the middle pumpkin was also cut on the Silhouette Cameo, from their adhesive vinyl. I thought about making a stencil and painting it on instead, but I liked the idea of being able to change it next year.
A little bit of gold spray paint and some gold glitter, and 50% craft pumpkins get a little classier. Hooray!
And just a couple of the “pictures” I made to decorate my various shelves.
Never mind all the junk in the background; I do live in a real house with real stuff around, lol.

Bags ‘n’ Tickets ‘n’ Things

Hey (wo)man. Long time no see.
I made this bag today, even though I’m not vegetarian/vegan, and don’t eat tofu.
I prefer a McMuffin for breakfast, personally. But that’s just me. Surely someone out there likes tofu or a tofu-based product for breakfast. Hopefully, anyway, or I just wasted like an hour and a half on a bag for NO ONE.
I also made this ticket invite for a party I’m having this month, in honor of the Pro Bowl (which is apparently a bit of a joke amongst football fans). I got the idea off Pinterest, and designed the entire ticket in the Silhouette Studio program. A screenshot of the “finished” design is on the left-hand side of the image, whereas a cell phone picture of the actual printed invite is on the right-hand side.

THX

It’s me again! (Who else would it be on my blog, I guess…?)
Anyway. Those of you who know me might be surprised to hear that I am keeping a “daily gratitude journal” for the month of April. Just something random I decided to do, maybe sort of to keep myself busy. I love having a “project.”

Of course, I made up a special little mini-book rather than buying some boring ol’ notebook.

This is the front cover:

There are a couple printed digital Amy Tangerine bits, and that striped blue paper is actually digital Project Life paper, from the Seafoam Edition.

Just a Quick “Hello”

I just wanted to post a quick note saying THANK YOU to all of the people who have come here since I stopped posting, and to those who have left me notes in the comments.
I know that most of the people who’ve come here didn’t get what they came here for, but it still means a lot when people post commiserating comments, lol.

And just in case you think I haven’t been doing any crafting whatsoever, here’s a few pics of mini-album I made for one of my friends.
I baby-sat their Pomeranian (Piper) for a few days, and thought it would be fun to commemorate the sleep-over with a mini-album!

Out for Now

I have been asked by the Becky Higgins company to remove all of my free Project Life card files for the Silhouette, despite the fact that they had previously given me permission to post them, and they admit that.

Since that’s pretty much all I did with this blog (especially lately!), I’m just taking it down for now.

If you came here from Pinterest, I am so sorry!
Please go here: http://beckyhiggins.com/contact/ to request that the company make their digital files available in .studio format if you don’t want to convert them yourself.

I would just like to make very clear that I was not doing anything illegal or immoral, and the Becky Higgins company has not claimed that I was.

Thanks to everyone who checked in from time to time!
